There was no war in heaven as war means sin. Since and evil cannot occur in heaven. That is why when you pass away and everybody thinks you go to heaven to be judged does not occur in heaven. It occurs in hell, because sin and evil cannot enter heaven. You must also first pass through hell to get to heaven. There was a revolt against God for giving mankind free will. For free will is where sin originated in man. Free will is the coin that has good on one side and evil on the other. God said too bad He was giving man free will against 1/3 of the Angels dissent and cast them out of Heaven, and they came to earth as the fallen Angels. They could not stand up against God and his power. There was no war. War is man's finest deed against himself.
