Televangelists are false teachers and crooks; however, these guys looking up Ezekiel 4:12 out of context and making comments about it as if Christians are commanded to do this is ludicrous. No one reading a novel would ever pull random sentences out of context and sum up the story as if that is what the author is trying to convey and neither should we do that with the Bible. Ezekiel 4 is describing (not prescribing) a prophecy of when Jerusalem would be sieged by Babylon and specifically chapter 4 is referring to extreme famine that would befall the people of Jerusalem during this siege. This is documented history within the Bible and also outside the Bible by historians. As these guys laugh at the Bible they actually demonstrate their ignorance of it and broadcast their stupidity for the whole world to see.
I read from King James version…Billy Graham did also..so seemed like the wise thing to do to me. Joe…you have to intepret this stuff and I have my own…very…intelligent mind Joe. Give interpretation a shot…just once …and yes of course with that open mind …and you will be quite surprised at what you find about the Bible and its meaning…think on this…explain many years of Biblical prophecy..??? And yes read from the King James. Imma Baptist btw…its what we tend to use and learn from the most.
Joe I'm a fan but if I were you I would not make fun of the Bible.
You or a family member might call on it one day. Then you'll be preaching.
These idiots are trying to read the Bible without having any type of revelation or knowing any type context. Itβs hilarious to see people talk about stuff they are so ignorant about πππ
