The best possible speakers will cost a few thousand bucks. If you pay more than that it’s all just for bragging rights as expensive speakers
While I cant AFFORD either, I still prefer the aesthetics of Magico speakers to Wilson Audio, and the former finally made a speaker that the peasants among us can at least aspire to. 10K USD isnt chump change, esp in these COVID-afflicted times, but compared to the seriously high-end speakers both companies make, its considered 'affordable'. The Beolab 90 is in a whole other class of 'weird looking speakers' but some of the large horn speakers at that end of the market are just as mind blowing. Ask your partner if you can move these into the living room …..
