Summer 2014 one of my neighbors (Rusty R.) told me the Monroe County mosquito control DC-3’s made trips to Central America loaded with guns, returning with cocaine. About a year later I saw the Gary Webb’s movie “ Kill the Messenger”. During the movie a US governments cocaine flow chart flashed across the screen with an arrow pointing to S. Florida. (I also read Webb’s “Dark Alliance”) I posted my observation to Facebook. A woman from the Keys (k Sutherland ) wrote “ that’s true, I knew one of the Monroe County pilots”. Six months later I was at a the Faye Lake Wilderness dog park in Titusville Florida. A guy sitting at the picnic was talking about airplanes, I chimed in. He explained he was a US State Department aircraft mechanic on sick leave about to retire. Also he worked on helicopters at the Space Coast regional ( Titusville airport) for the Valiant Air Command. The State Department aircraft mechanic affirmed the Monroe County DC-3 gun/drug flights to Central America. I naively became engrained in a quagmire of political / LE criminals. I heard sheriff Rick Ramsey’s father chuckle telling the story of Marathon’s missing Customs agent. ( sheriff Ramsey’s father, Dick was a boisterous perpetual Keys politician with Bahamas property and an airplane, and self professed cocaine trafficker). One of his convicted cocaine mules Tony Diauto shared the same story, his father became Marathon’s replacement Customs agent. Tony furtively explained the sheriffs daddy had loaned him $75,000 (as compensation for his silence for not revealing the source of the cocaine) to buy a home after his release from his 3 year imprisonment at Eglin AFB Fl. country club prison. Around 2005, Tony was distraught and came to me requesting a 75k loan as his ballon note was due to the sherrif’s daddy. (all evidence of THESE Customs agents identity has been purged from the public archives). I speculate Marathon’s missing and replacement Custom’s agents have some ties to the CIA’s gun and cocaine trafficking? Federal Marshals contacted Rusty summer ‘16 to verify my Facebook tirade. He provide the Marshals additional witnesses that the sheriff’s daddy was a trafficker!
