super late to this vid but my dad taught me when i was a kid "stay away from people who are emotional but not factual. this is what makes a powder keg. you will see a LOT of people in your life, who feel SO strongly about their cause/belief, but may or may not 'really' know what they even believe in. there is no conversation to be had, there is no new knowledge to be gained, and it is impossible for that interaction to not stain you with negativity, jeopardizing your own future interactions with others" and ill be damned if that wasn't some of, if not the single best piece(s) of advice that man ever gave me..
