Joe, I like your podcast most of the time… but the way this was handled is very gross. Flippantly expressing how he looks ugly now when he had to go through fucking esophageal cancer is just wrong. It’s not funny or amusing. I know you’re all about freedom of speech and speaking openly and honestly about how you feel about situations. But punching down on a guy who could’ve easily died from cancer and is permanently disfigured and impaired like this is fucked up. It’s fine to remark on how he’s lost his good looks (because that is true) but you could’ve done it in a much less disrespectful manner as this.
