Looking at it now,it definitely could have been an elephant with it's snout sticking out of water.
I believe it could still be a Plesiosaur that has evolved and adapted to the Loch’s environment.
I've been the castle Urquart there on the banks of Loch Ness, a common siting position. Sadly I saw nothing out of the ordinary but my what a beautiful place.
Personally I believe it's a type of large eel.
