This is an example of a naturalist that is unable to embrace the nihilism that comes as an implication of his worldview. If you zoom out the timeline far enough you face heat death of the universe and all we do is maximally meaningless
The purpose of life for me was to do the best I could with the information I had available while dealing with a constant barrage of life's ups and downs. Just being alive after all these years in this world is one hell of an accomplishment. My special talent is staying alive. Unfortunately I am running out of talent.
It's to pay penence through the suffering we all go through.we.learn to love and forgive and cleanse our heart's so our soul can be released back to god..from the hell that we are born into just as we realize the true meaning of life.we die.hopefully not be return.as those are return haven't learned the lesson or lessons meant to learn..but this world is Hell..
