I'm throwing a little personal story. I met a tax partner back in 2018. I've refused to attend his tax conference because I suspected he had a degree of pride. Although I forgive him, I believe my refusal to attend his conference is for his good. That tax partner asked 460$ CAN for his ticket to his tax conference by the way.
