A homeless lady was the one who effectively fat shamed me in the early 80. I’m so glad I don’t have to look at pictures of me so chunky in my glorious twenties. I turned into quite a hottie lol
Most Fat people would be surprised to know that sucking down ho-ho's and diet coke kills you faster than sucking down cigarettes. We all know the old smoker that won't die but no one knows a Fat person in their 80s.
Edit to say don't smoke or have anything in excess.
I agree with Joe. Dont' be rude to a stranger but, if you're a friend/family, and if you care about that person, there's nothing wrong with expressing concern. That's fine.
Fat people raise everyone's healthcare costs. Fat people are weak. People who use the fake made up term fat shaming are simply deflecting any and all accountability. I despise fat people and I'm surrounded by them in Texas.
Don't even need to bloody lift weights or treadmills. Just more veggies,fish,chicken breast and cut out most sugars. Had people fat shamed me lol.
