  1. For me, it only took me up to people to stop fat shaming me so i could start to build a plan. I knew it didnt make me feel good so i had to make a plan. I am not finished yet so dont take this as advice lmao. Just my own point of view

  2. Wait a minute, are you people under the impression that eating and lack of exercise are the only contributing factors to weight? Also, that everyone can even lose weight that easily? Listen, I'm not about glorifying extreme obesity, (at that point surgury is necessary), but ffs some people are just naturally heavyset. If someone is exhibiting unhealthy behaviors, (besides having more body weight?), then I understand getting them to therapy and shit, but straight up bullying people will never be okay.
