I never found Carlin funny compared to Pryor.
George Carlin was a comedian who only annoyed me. I never found him funny. But to be clear, its only because i already thought that way. He was like a social activist, and the material didnt feel fresh to me cuz i was already annoyed by bullshit. I dont laugh, when im in agreement about social and sociopolitical issues. These things already annoy me and piss me off. So…. did i think him a bad comedian? Hell no. His material simply bored me. It felt too much like lecture. Admittedly, being autistic, to me anyway….stating the obvious isnt funny unless its funny obviousness…
