I like his “god is psychics itself” stance. I think Neil said it before anyways. But idk I sorta believe god exists. I just disagree he’s as petty as our human minds have written him to be.
The Russian cosmonauts were all orthodox Christians I don't know where people get this idea that the Soviet Union was anti religion there were some Soviet leaders who were more anti religious but most of the persecution from the major standpoints of religion start after Joseph stalins reforms in the 1940s there were still persecution of the Orthodox Church but it lessened and sometimes increased depending on the Soviet premier' Neil deGrasse Tyson said stop talking about history he clearly has no understanding of it
