Im not sure how to explain why i also do this "shuck and jive" but its not what Joe said. Its more about getting the most complete and accurate thought out there because ive been wildly misunderstood my entire life or ridiculed by my family for the way i say things. Joe's fallacy here is that he overanalyzed this guy.
I saw a video about a declassified CIA report where they'd studied psychic phenomenon. Their conclusion was basically, 'It's all real. But nobody can make it happen consistently enough to be of any use to us.' That makes sense to me, and lines up with what I've heard and observed. There's certain moments where either, you get a 'superintuition' out of nowhere for no good reason, or you need something to happen on a level that goes beyond physical; and you only get, like, a handful of those your entire life. They're glitches in reality that, once in a great while, we have the luck or sheer will to exploit. We don't get to consciously choose them.
