The pharma companies know exactly what they are doing. Opana shouldn't even be on the market in oral form as the BA(bioavailability ie how much your body absorbs) is something like 20%. They know that people will break down the pill and inject it where the BA is like 80%. Probably over 50% of the Opana pills prescribed make it onto the streets & addicts buy them. Sad part about this is that when you IV a pill you are injecting tons of wax/plastic like shit and it's worse for you than heroin
