Mariana van Zeller is a Portuguese journalist and is currently a TV correspondent for the National Geographic Channel. Mariana is also known for the Peabody award winning documentary “The Oxycontin Express” made for the Vanguard series on Current TV.

It's not bad crime wise in florida, maybe in south florida, but here in central florida it's pretty much like anywhere else. It's not the wild west.

The interesting part about Oxycontin was that it was classified as a schedule II drug, then the FDA approved of its use. I don't agree on the war on drugs, but that interesting to me. It is possible that pharmaceuticals were able to get the drug back out there, or some naivety on the part of the FDA and medical community or both.
