Mariana van Zeller is a Portuguese journalist and is currently a TV correspondent for the National Geographic Channel. Mariana is also known for the Peabody award winning documentary “The Oxycontin Express” made for the Vanguard series on Current TV.

I was hooked on percocets for 4 years and Duncan Trussell saved my life! I was literally going to sell a testicle to a pharmaceutical research company for $30K then I heard a podcast Duncan did talking about his cancer and it dawned on me that if I donate 1 I'd be on test to stay the same and if I got cancer in the one I had left I'd be a ball-less man. That was my rock bottom. I told Duncan part of that when I met him after a show and he couldn't have been any nicer or more encouraging!
