  1. I'm wondering if people with certain genetic conditions like celiac disease or sensitivities to food, have significantly increased cognitive alterations due to the poor interaction and rejection of those foods in their digested and broken down compounds. In the case of gluten induced psychosis and schizophrenia that she is referring to, I'm wondering if those foods affect the brains ability to see and recognize faces (this is known as peridolia, the brains innate interest in seeing faces in things that don't have faces. Like a potato with several pockets on the surface that would potentially resemble eyes and a nose and a mouth). She mentions seeing a demon on her brothers face for a brief second at 14mins into the video. Couple this with changes in mood and changes in neurochemicals that would cause depression and anxiety and fatigue from lack of sleep, I would guess that is how her brain interpreted a demon for a brief moment. She also mentions that particular episodes subsided over the course of 3 to 4 weeks, and mentioned that she went back to her original Paleo restricted diet. This heavily coincides with the body slowly getting rid of the specific microbes in her body throughout her digestive tract dying off, as she's now feeding other bacteria that could out compete the bacteria that are causing her symptoms (It takes about 3 to 4 weeks to clear out bacteria from the digestive tract. If you no longer consume food with that bacteria or nourish those bacteria).

  2. Incase it hasent been said recently, night shade a common term refers to the family of plants included in the solanaceae family ,there are many genuses in the family many species in the genus.❤

  3. I've been on all the diets you can think of. Low carb, keto, carnivore, vegan, vegetarian, Japanese style diet, etc. what I've learnt is that while low carb diets are great at losing 'water weight' high carb diets are great at losing 'fat'. I'll explain.

There are processes called hydrolysis and lipolysis. The full name for carbs is carbohydrates. Carb-o-hydrates. Meaning that part of the food is water. So people are eating part water when they eat carbohydrates. So in essence, when you eat carbohydrates you are absorbing water, which can activate hydrolysis which burns fat.

Now on the opposite side of it, eating protein and fat but no carbs means you aren't absorbing water, and the carb itself doesn't cause you to hold onto the water because you aren't eating it. So you are actually losing water in your body. The more protein and fat you eat the faster the loss of water weight. But because you are losing water you will eventually lose it all, meaning your fat will effectively, stay there or increase in a state of lipolysis until you get water in your body.

This is all derived from anecdotal experience. I hope this will be useful to some person studying this.
