  1. I started the Carnivore diet 15 days ago. Once I went in Phase one of 75 hard just to see where it takes me and though the first week was tough about a week ago I really started feeling pretty good and my energy levels are up without needing pre workout all the time. So so far so good. But her speaking in the you need to change your diet before you can get energy is total BS. It’s called get up and move then your energy will come now if you want to feel better while exercising then you need to change your diet.
