The late mediaeval and early modern periods were marked by a widespread fear of witchcraft and the subsequent persecution of individuals, primarily women, who were accused of being not only ‘witches’, but those who went as far as to copulate with the devil himself. The “Malleus Maleficarum” played a significant role in promoting and legitimising such persecution. After being spearheaded by infamous inquisitors Heinrich Kramer and Jacob Sprenger, the text, often referred to as the “Hammer of Witches,” was used as a manual for witch-hunters, providing them with instructions on identifying, interrogating, and punishing witches in the 15th century.

Kramer is not wrong on most of it. You are framing it from a naive perspective. Women are more easier to positively and negatively influence than men are. Women spend their lives seeking "influencers" as role models. It's not that men don't cry, it's that men who cry can't use their tears to get something out of women. Women can use their tears to get things out of men.

I think Kramer was about 85% right about women in this society, but in the black realm he is 98% correct.
I question whether anyone especially surprised or outraged by this video has ever met a woman. Certainly you've never worked in an office full of them.
It's creepy how accurate Kramer was. Women are self important witches that'll do anything to take advantage of others. They hold grudges their entire lives, are easily manipulated, and are always looking for selfish power no matter how much rope they're given.
