22:00 Detroit has become a victim of the ever increasing globalization of markets. It was a city build on the automotive industry when American cars were the most popular choice for Americans. American car manufacturers were able to capitalize on that but now they cant because Americans have so many car options. The smart people will see the impending doom of no jobs and leave. This is why we have ghost towns.
