Hst horizon state blockchain voting that is transparent and available to be viewed by all. Having this company run any vote or decision process via blockchain is a must.
I've been registering new voters for 5 years in NY now. A lot of people ask me, "what's the point?" The next most popular excuse is, "I don't want to do jury duty." There are more hurdles than just apathy.
By the way, in NY state, if you have a state ID, pay taxes, or use unemployment benefits/family assistance, you're already on the juror list.
