I've never seen Joe Rogan this interested before.
Duncan's words here almost exactly mirror my own experience. I threw away my Xbox and never believed anything anyone told me ever again

First time I really took acid was yesterday and the whole experience was immaculate. It was so profound and everything was so lovely. I see differently now and I have a new found appreciation for life. Something that blew my mind tho was being able to see in pitch black woods clear as day because of how wide my pupils were. It literally gives you night vision like an owl because your pupils take in a lot more light being that wide and that alone took whatever I thought about the human experience to another level. I was just running and skipping through the backwoods like a new born fawn. It felt like I was reborn and was taking my body out for a test ride feeling the cool wind just flow through my hair. It was beautiful. Life is really a joyous experience, cherish it.
The first time I took acid was earlier this year (2020 a few days before UK lockdown) and it was amazing. At first, previous girls that I’d slept with came to me and told me not to mess up with my current girlfriend explaining how she’s much better than the rest. Then I saw a creepy image and it took about half n hour to normalise it so it wasn’t scary. I listened to Jimi Hendrix whilst laying on the floor in complete comfort and euphoria. At one point it felt like when I closed my eyes I was at the feet of Hendrix playing guitar, the sound was so raw yet smooth. Later on whilst listening to Black Sabbath I saw my face turn inside out in what o thought was me becoming a demon. A blissful sleep then occurred before it was all over. Great times!
