Joe Rogan always jokes about the bigfoot subject from his little comfy chair in California, he only believe whatever his Hollywood friends tell him is true!
I hope by now Joe has stopped all this nonsense about the Patterson Gimlin Film, "It's too blurry", "it's a guy in a suit", blah blah blah. In the same year of this interview a guy named Bill Munns actually went to Roger Patterson's home where his widow still lived at that time. I guess no one knew that she still had an original copy of the film. Munns was allowed to come and digitalize the PGF as long as it didn't leave widow Patterson's house. Munns digitally photographed each frame of film, and ended up with a very telling digital copy that allows one to see things like never before. Another thing that I think went right over Joe's and Duncan's heads was the fact that Dr Meldrum was not making an observation about Bob Heironimus weird Egyptian walk, it was the fact that o'l Bob had a template in the PGF, and he studied it, and that's why when asked to recreate his walk from the film, he did the Egyptian thing. But low and behold, what Bob didn't count on was someone coming out with a copy of the PGF that was so clear that what everyone who had watched the new version , and then compared the re-enactment of Bob phonimus, it was very apparent. Bottom line, nobody could have made a suit that real looking or that functional back then. NO ONE! Nor can it be duplicated now, because if someone can, let them step forward and do so now, without CGI. I have seen some of the abortions that people have tried to pass off as a Patty suit….If you want your mind blown, there is an artist that did a drawing of Patty. Not just any artist, but a sketch artist for some police department some place out West or Northwest (u can google it) that after taking off the hair that covered Patty's face, she looks just like a Native American, it's actually kind of creepy. One more thing, Bob Gimlin was offered 1 million dollars to tell the producer of a show called Mysterious Encounters how him and Roger faked the film. He said, "I would love to take your money, but I can't because my story will not change.
Not only do I love Jeff's take and way of studying this but even more I love his sense of humor. "I've run into you. And you've run into my cash" 😂 that shit is golden
