I agree with what Joe said. It's just not good to be fat as a guy or a woman. I've never been fat, but I know it slows you down before old age does, definitely decreases your chances of being in a good, romantic relationship (a straight one) and overall causes too many health problems also before old age does. I don't get why some people allow their weight to go above and beyond where it should be. You couldn't pay me millions of dollars to intentionally get fat.
I only allow my self to eat a very small salad with nothing on it or a medium sized honey due once a week. I have been doing this for about 3 weeks. Recently my fiance and I were hanging with her friends and these bitchs who tried to keep on forcing me to order something. One of the friends even attempted to spilt her sandwich. I was so pissed at them.
I explained to them in detail how it is rude to force someone to do something that they don't want to do. And, that I am losing weight for my transition and so I can be a size 10 once again. I also mentioned being trans is hard enough as it is by itself. So, imagine how much difficult it is being a person of African genetics and also fat.
I run three miles everyday and when I can't run due to sore leg muscles that are weak from not eating I will do 150 sit up twice a day with 500 jumping jack that are 100 at a time.
I also take weight loss pills along with my estrogen, spironolactone, and progesterone.
I am fuckign tired of being fat and made fun of for my appearance. So, I am changing who I am in every way. Even if it kills me it is better than being a cis fat male which is unhappy and that everyone hates including myself.
fat people dont deserve respect just for being fat, just like skinny people dont get respect for being skinny. being fat is in 98% of the cases from eating too much. how can you respect that, while the rest of the world has trouble even getting food or clean water. eating too much is disgusting and selfish, just like stealing and lying and it will always be shamed.
