  1. Losing weight isn't easy, not only are you fighting food cravings, but you're also dealing with other factors that contribute to weight gain. These factors are genetics, metabolism, poor sleep and stress. Stress is a major contributor to weight gain because your body produces a hormone called cortisol when you're stressed out, and cortisol makes you gain weight. Weight gain leads to sleep apnea, which affects your sleep, which makes you gain even more weight because your body needs quality sleep to regulate your weight. It becomes a never ending cycle of getting stressed, eating, not sleeping well, gaining weight, getting mad at yourself, getting stressed and eating some more, and it just goes on and on, you get larger and larger, and you get more frustrated with yourself. All the while you have people mocking you, reminding you of how unhealthy you are. One of the sh*theads in this comment section was like "bro, obese people are basically dead 💀💀💀" yeah, thanks for the reminder. Glad you think it's funny that we struggle with a disorder that shortens our lifespans. It's only funny until it happens to you.

  2. To be honest we shouldn't shame people for anything but it's not okay to be fat for any reason for this specific scenario it's never okay to be fat you'll die from diabetes heart disease whatever the case is stay safe out there stop eating McDonald's

  3. This is true. We have obesity in my family. I watched my mom and sister destroy themselves. I thank God I read some books to understand. God bless everyone. Remember, God did NOT put you here to be obese and sick. It's okay to love food, but just make friends with the truth and gain strength from healthy ways. I did it, and it can be done!
