  1. The sugar industry bribed 3 Harvard Scientists in the 1960s to blame heart disease on fat rather than sugar. It's all been well documented and proven that this happened, and since that time heart disease has tripled, stroke has tripled, obesity has tripled and America has been eating less animal products and less saturated fat and are BECOMING MORE AND MORE UNHEALTHY….RIDDLE ME THAT DR. KAHN….It's time to check your ego and rethink what you've been taught……

  2. No sugar of any kind (including artificial) No flour of any kind (including almond etc). No chips, no friend foods, try to stay away from highly processed foods. Equals a healthy weight… ZERO food cravings… less physical pain and disease and a more abundant life.
