Crazy how much Joe bitches about people bringing stuff back up but then after the topic is finally dropped Joe has to bring it up again and be like 'You were wrong little guy' Joe was a cunt before being a cunt was popular.
I decided to look for the end of Redban and came to this episode. Joe was brutal here. Joe definitely came across condescending towards Brian and then tried to save face. There was definitely underlying issues/resentment. I never really enjoyed Redban, but he didn't really deserve that either. I've seen other moments where Joe could have blown up on him and he just gave him a dismissive look or a one liner and move on. The Burr/Redban argument was a perfect example of a time Joe kinda pandered to Redban just to kinda squash things. And the guest kept trying to save it and get conversation moving but these two wouldn't let it go. Redban certainly didn't feel like an equal in the room. He just wanted an atta boy. Joe couldn't let him have that moment. Redban was definitely hurt. Anyone listening can hear it. This is definitely one of those shows where Joe let Redban know that Redban was not an equal and was just along for the ride. Both handled it poorly but Joe just comes off like a bully.
watching the ad at the beginning listening to them hype the galaxy 3 while i watch on my samsung s10 😆😆. i know itd be a waste of time travel but itd be jokes to just pop into that room with the S20 and iphone 11 pro max as theyre talking about how cool bigger phones are… and theyre both like wait ur saying it took 6 years to get to that!?! and they start talking about it and then within seconds just goggle all over them
Yes, Joe Rogan was out of pocket. I think what we all need to understand what is most important here is Joe Rogan is playing the role of a frustrated friend who reached their limit.
Joe is shit, redban actually made the show entertaining in retrospect
