“Your not getting vitamin c” holy fuck. It’s not that much of a game changer to add an orange or 2 to the diet. I personally am eating a banana, and 2 oranges basically every day while Im eating the “carnivore” diet

I’m 95% carnivore, been eating some fruit too. I feel better than ever. Should have done this years ago. I’m going to try full carnivore eventually 🥓🥩
