250days in carnivore, went back to my normal weight from when I was 18, cured pre-diabetes, stopped my hip aches and now I can run again. I got my energy back. Best decision of my entire life!
Eating a diet of meat and worrying if it’s safe?! That man is hilarious. Only in the last 50-60 years have humans been worrying about five a day rubbish and eating processed crap. That isn’t safe or beneficial. Metabolic ill health rates are sky high.

I'm not sold. I'm doing Keto on a trial basis, there is more evidence of benefits.
