Ketogenic intermittent fasting regime worked for me. I lost 80lbs. in 8 months. I also hit the gym 3 days a week spending 30 minutes on elliptical and 2 hours or so weight training. My off days I walked or rode my bike at least 30 minutes. Took off 1 day a week for R&R.
