Why is it when a Democrat President puts up a judge for the Supreme Court the person just sails thru confirmation, no problems, (Ginsburg,Breyer,Kagan,Sotomayor) but when a Republican President puts up a judge for the same office we have a long contentious process with the nominee getting rejected or barely getting approved with analysis of their personal life (Bork,D.Ginsburg,Thomas,Kavanaugh). Doesn't seem fair to me.
I dont think Kavanaugh raped Dr Ford, but his involvement with the PATRIOT act and his stance on the 4th amendment are concerning. But he is pro 2nd amendment
A victims eye-witness testimony is their prime evidence, supporting evidence as in statements corroborating those testimonies for Ford, Swetnick and Ramirez are all so far uninvestigated. Anyone saying these allegations are False are proposing a falsehood. Without a criminal investigation of these collective statements, nobody is able to say the allegations are false, or without corroboration, unfounded, etc. The allegations stand until such point as Kavanaugh is exonerated following a trial. If that occurs, he can sue for defamation. If he is Found Guilty…. what then?
