I would be more concerned with people eating the SAD diet… I’m looking towards the carnivore diet to get blood sugar levels low… it’s the high carb diet that is causing people to be sick.. I don’t take this doctor seriously..
Here’s a thought.. could it be people’s auto immune system gets better because they are not consuming chemicals in foods and highly processed carbohydrates, sugars

I was vegetarian for over 35 years and my energy was so low ..
