It's interesting to watch people get all twisted up in explanations, theorizing, speculating, blah, blah, blah. The simplest and most obvious explanations are often correct. The carnivore way of eating has been our natural human diet for hundreds of thousands of years (minus the brief introduction of agriculture and now processed "foods"). Everything gets better when you eat this way. The whole shebang. They just let their titles and education get in the way of the most common of senses…what to eat.

Would of never survived as a human species without meat…science killing us slowly but surely…Eat meat !!
I stopped eating greens too…and I was vegetarian for over 35 years…
