Let people eat what they want…but spending a life focusing, fixating on the body is like pampering, massaging an upcoming corpse as once the life force leaves the body its just a slab of meat with no life of its own. Of course take care of the body's daily needs and try to sort out your health issues but leave it at that. If one is "so called" spiritually inclined then one normally eats a satvic diet not a rajastic diet, a practice used for thousands of years….keep truckin…..
Its not complicated. Meat is highly satiating and highly nutrient dense and highly absorbable. Carbohydrates literally make you hungry. If you eat sugar, noodles, bread or cereal you will crave more.
Just make sure you are eating liver also
