  1. Here's what I know. I ate salads and veggies with hummus for over 6 months. I was bloated and gassy all the time, low energy, but also starving throughout the day. Being bloated and starving at the same time is a bizarre feeling. I don't have any of those issues when I eat big plates of meat.

  2. Truthfully, there does not need to be science involved whatsoever since science does nothing but lie and change the stats. It’s been proven of studies of what humans eat from the beginning and that’s carnivore. The rest of it has been genetically modified such as our plant foods none of the plant foods today are anything like they were 15,000 years ago, and before that, they were probably pretty much nonexistent anyway, science out of people actually doing carnivore is the proof all the proof that you need however, the corrupt lying scientist are not getting paid to tell truth. They’re getting paid to lie so that they can pay the pockets of the big Pharma and the medical industry.
