WHAT ABOUT SARCOIDOSIS??????? some docs consider it an autoimmune disease and other docs dont, will the carnivore diet get rid of sarcoids in the lungs????? Im already 8 days in to a strict carnivore diet (only beef, salt and water) and feel no difference yet, some one please let me know with source cited!

It is a restrictive diet, and you can't eat all the junk in our everyday diets.

It's simple I eat carbs and greens I get fat ..but if I eat fats and proteins I get lean 😊..have a cheat day once a week tho
