You can still get weed pretty much everywhere in Holland. Still coffee shops in Amsterdam. Weed wasn't that great to be honest. I get better shit from my dealer.
In the border cities it's even illegal for tourists to counter French, German and Belgian drug runners. Also mushrooms were made illegal because a French tourists took too many and jumped from a viaduct.
I live in a smaller town in the region of Amsterdam, and I have 3 coffee shops around… You don't want those near you by a mile, all the fuckin' losers comming there, it's sad really.
