I agree in the most but vegetarian food…no carbs,no sugars and mostly meat and some berries , two times a week some salad ,3 times per week eggs some butter…happy and healthier than 40 years I have been veggie …no healthy problems / 50 pounds less 😊no medication …2 meals a day …no alcohol 😊
