Jim, i fucking love ya and defend about 80% of your opinions as long as i breathe. However, the term bossy applies mostly to females (with a negative meaning, as a substitute for cunty) and from a very young females are far less interested in leadership because they are afraid of people using the term against them. And dont tell that if they won't shut up and take it they won't be good leaders anyway. THEY ARE FUCKING MIDDLE SCHOOLERS, and shit like this affects and alters their personality in the long run. Instead of calling them bossy, first of all imagine if the same term would apply for a boy in that same situation, and if it does, instead of calling them a substitute for cunty – try telling them where their fault lies. It would be far more constructive and help prepare psychologically the leaders of tomorrow. Again, big fan of Jim's but I believe he doesn't try to understand the situation from the other side hard enough. Maybe he does and this is his opinion after research upon research upon research, i don't know. That being said I'm a big fan of gender equality and I would stronly agree with the statement that "A truly equal world would be one where women ran half our countries and companies and men ran half our homes." Make of this what you might. Also english isn't my primary language soooo… correct me but no need for namecalling
