It was just that it was perceived to be about race (really it was about Roseanne’s political stance). That says a lot about our culture right now, though.
I ran across the conners at a hotel one night. Didnt watch much. Felt sorry for the old guy dan. Really no point in his character and the daughter they seem to push as taking roseanns place but she csnt do it. She is just a mad unlikable dope. Doesnt work. I think they wrecked it like 2 and a half men. Stupid pointless but keel it on tv so they can pretend they were right. But they blew it.
