  1. Dude, at age 39, i think it was. 39 or 40. I slipped into the 1 a day-er club. My old man drove truck for the last 40 yrs of his life. He was like that too. When i was a kid, id gonout with him over the summer. In 2 months, hed gain 25 lbs cuz hed eat when i ate. But hed drop the 25 in the next 2 months.

    Heres the downside. Sure i eat 1 time a day. And i eat maybe 1000 calories a day. All in, maybe 1500. But ive blown up to this fat tub of lard. Im approaching my 12 yr anniversary. And ive gained 100 lbs since that day.

  2. I do 22/2 intermittent fasting, meaning I have a 2 hour eating window each day, which, due to my work schedule is generally from 8 to 10pm. So basically I skip the morning and noon meals, and eat a big dinner in the evening. It's not hard at all once you get used to it.

  3. 90% of days I only eat once a day. If I'm hungry, I eat – If I'm not I don't.

    Most people in the west are 5 mins away from either a fridge or somewhere where they can get food if you need it. There is no need to eat for the sake of it. Although geography does come into it which I get 100%. I just can't face breakfast unless I'm up at 4am and on the road / flying.
