  1. I’m sure it’s easier under those conditions, where you’re sleeping in past breakfast and simply skip brunch lol… Many of us wake up at 5am and work physically demanding jobs and then come home to a family that demands more of us. We don’t have the convenience to do such things.

  2. Growing up Greek meals have always been about gorging. It’s really gross. Ever since I started my keto diet (now off it), I’ve approached food as less of a form of social/entertainment but more of an opportunity to bring in more fuel to keep going. 1 chicken + 3-4 thighs, 2 avocados, a protein shake, coffee, and water is basically all I have in a day. I lost 80 pounds doing that. I was so fat I had sausage fingers.
