I found this little documentary on the Levi’s 501 Jean. Henry Rollins was talking about the clothes he was wearing and how he would destroyed jeans. It was just really compelling to watch him. A likeable, powerful artist!
My only query is with getting sufficient vitamins and minerals if you’re eating one meal. I like 2 meals per day probably 5 days per week personally, and considering going down to 1 but I do wonder about if I’m getting enough micronutrients
I been 1 meal a day, 7 day fast 2/3 times year. main meal 1/4 pm. feel best i ever have. Recent research says can stop/reverse ageing. Low carb/keto also. The longer the time between meals is the thing.
To each their own I guess when it comes to food intake…everyone's body processes food differently. Personally, I definitely have to eat something right when I wake up (most days). However it is entirely plausible that intermittent fasting would have its benefits

Yeah I’ll do the coffee in the am and I’m not hungry till like 7? Never felt the need to do 3 meals a day. I grew up broke lol that might’ve helped?
