  1. Totally can attest to what he's saying. Eating a lunch at the exact time that it's scheduled by your school, employer etc. even when you're not hungry is the worst. Eating one and a half meals a day (small breakfast and big dinner) seems to be the way to go for me. Makes me feel much lighter, healthier, in a better mood, more energetic around the 2-3 PM mark when many people start to feel that afternoon slog kick in, etc.
