3:00 dude is completely incorrect with his description of the differing sensations (or lack there of) based on the method of consumption. I am definitely in favor of harm reduction education but what this guy is saying is the opposite of that. If somebody is smoking crack or freebasing or shooting up cocaine, there is definitely a problem. I think that some people can use it intranasally in a recreational way but the people that can handle that are pretty rare. Many definitely do get addicted. This guy thinks that he is educating people on harm reduction but he absolutely is not because his facts are incorrect. With that being said, the majority of what he talks about (outside of what I previously mentioned) is right on.
