I’m depressed because I work 50 hrs a week as an electrician in the cold and heat and can’t afford to raise a kid in an actual house and provide a decent life. Everyday I do electrical work for old retired people who raised big families, have nice houses and most these people worked bs jobs their entire life like working retail or at the post office. I risk my life everyday because rich lazy people can’t lose internet for 5 minutes while they sit on the couch all day while I know I’ll never be able to retire or buy a house
Joe needs to stop telling his friends go work out as a distraction to their depression they will never come to him if he is so far off in being capable of understanding depression. Just listen to the person that’s all you can do.
it's a mixture of all you mentioned. We are meant to unite and be with others yet industries prefer us to disconnect and consume what they want us to..
Everyone I know now seems down in one way or another now . Always negative and low energy etc . He said she said toxic crap

Social media and tv shows and movies also play a big part to depression more than people know.
