"…smaller…" you have to be "smaller" to feel vulnerable. Please don't speak for women. 80% of what you said about what women think, I believe, is wrong. I came from a generation where men talked dirty and touched . Worse than "hitting on you".
Liberalism
Lot of people in my industry get hired because theyre female and attractive, even if theyre less qualified. just cause a guy would rather a little woman serving him, and a woman hiring would prefer having a little woman to hang out with rather than some guy.
Workplace harassment is BS, the co worker is allowed to harass you, but your not allowed to say anything to them so you have to put up with it in order to keep your job all because nepotism?
