The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.
Rev 17:8, 10, 11 speaks of a beast king who once lived, died, shall ascend out of the bottomless pit and live again, be defeated and die again. This proves regeneration/“reincarnation”. This Antichrist Beast lived once before and was judged by being cast into the bottomless pit the first time; he lives again for a second time and is judged again for a second time by being cast ALIVE into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. Here’s where Hebrews 9:27 makes sense: And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:. At the Most High’s appointed end of each individual life that you’ve been blessed with there’s a judgment to receive whether good or bad.
