I understand where he is coming from but there are people who are in exceptional shape who still suffer with depression. Depression is a health issue that you just can explain to people. You are expected not to have the symptoms if you have money and you're in good shape. As men we are raised to push our feelings down and that's why we hesitate to seek help. It's good to see people speaking about this openly regardless.

I started eating less and i started eating healtny.
